Meet the Team


Tashara Johnson is an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) with a decade of experience supporting breastfeeding families. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Georgia State University and began her career as a Public Health Nutritionist for the WIC program, where her passion for helping mothers breastfeed flourished. Tashara later joined Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta at Scottish Rite, where she led the lactation support team. Her compassionate care and commitment to NICU families significantly increased breastfeeding rates to record levels. Currently, Tashara is the owner of Latch and Love Lactation Center. She provides equitable, evidence-based care plans, empowering families to achieve their breastfeeding goals.

Jada Wright Nichols is an Atlanta-based women’s wellness consultant. She graduated from Tennessee State University, with a bachelor’s degree in speech pathology and audiology. She has a master’s degree in occupational therapy and has worked in a variety of rehabilitation settings, across the life-span.
Additionally, she is a massage therapist, lymphedema therapist, holistic nutritionist, birth and postpartum doula, yoga instructor, and international board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC).
Jada is passionate about health equity and educating the next generation of women’s health leaders.
